Terms of Service

Last updated: June 13, 2026
Draft for review. This is a starting template and is not final legal text. It should be reviewed and finalized by an attorney before publication. The binding terms for paying agencies are set out in the Master Services Agreement and its exhibits.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Family Case Registry website and, where applicable, the Family Case Registry application ("FCR"), each provided by Tavor Systems ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the site or using FCR, you agree to these Terms. Where your agency has signed a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with us, that agreement and its exhibits govern your use of the application and prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to evaluating and engaging with FCR. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content. Information submitted through our demo-request form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. The FCR application

Access to the FCR application is provided to contracted agencies under a separate Master Services Agreement. The MSA, together with its Order Form, Service Level Agreement, Business Associate Agreement, and Data Processing Addendum, sets out the terms governing subscription, data handling, support, and the parties' respective obligations.

4. Intellectual property

FCR, the Family Case Registry name and marks, and all associated software, content, and design are the property of Tavor Systems or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our intellectual property except as expressly provided in a signed agreement.

5. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal information submitted through the website is described in our Privacy Policy. Our handling of protected health information within the FCR application is governed by the Business Associate Agreement entered into with each agency. See our Security & HIPAA page for an overview.

6. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated. Service-level commitments for the FCR application are set out in the applicable Service Level Agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as otherwise set out in a signed agreement, our liability arising out of or relating to your use of the website is limited as provided in those agreements or by applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
