Family Case Registry (“FCR”) is a product of Tavor Systems (“Tavor Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). About data inside the FCR platform. When an Indiana DCS-contracted agency uses FCR, the client, family, case, and billing records entered into the platform are processed by Tavor Systems on behalf of that agency under a separate Business Associate Agreement and Data Processing Addendum. That information is controlled by the agency and governed by those agreements and the agency’s own privacy practices — not by this website Privacy Policy. This policy covers information we collect as the operator of this website and in the course of our own business.
